Background
Established in 2010, NCI offers a comprehensive, decades long background in R&D at both start-up and major medical device companies. Experience includes extensive work with NiTi based components and the unique processing required. Combining strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an out-of-the-box approach provides innovative solutions for product development challenges. With in-house machining and 3D printing capabilities, the pathway from conceptual sketches to functional designs can be developed rapidly.
Mission
NCI provides creative mechanical design and engineering services for early-stage product development efforts. Our services include: concept development and evaluation, product design, prototype fabrication and low volume machining to help speed projects through testing and into production. We can also design and build custom test systems and production fixtures on-the-fly to meet project demands. NCI maintains a very flexible environment without the overhead of larger organizations. Meetings and paperwork are minimized so clients' input can be implemented quickly, keeping projects on schedule while including the latest ideas. Because some projects just need a jumpstart and others require a dedicated presence, get as little or as much as your project requires with NCI.
